Concellation And Refund Policy
By placing an order through the Purrs with Indraly website, you agree to the terms outlined below. These policies are in place to ensure that you are fully aware of our refund and return procedures.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. If your order has not yet been shipped, you are eligible for cancellation and a full refund. However, if your order has already been fulfilled and you have received a tracking number, we regret that cancellation is no longer possible.
7-Day Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day refund policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a refund. Since our warehouse is located overseas, refunds or resends are only provided for damaged or incorrect items.
Refund requests made after the 7-day period will be politely declined. If it has been more than 7 days since you received your order, we are unable to offer an exchange or refund unless the items were sent incorrectly.
Please note that we do not provide refunds if the reason is that your cat doesn’t like the product. Every cat has its own preferences, and unfortunately, we cannot control whether they like or dislike our items. We hope for your understanding!
Damaged, Wrong Products, or Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately at [email protected] if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
Resending
We will resend items only if they are damaged, incorrect, defective, or the wrong size. To request a reshipment, please contact us at [email protected]
Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee for refunds or resends.
